The Study of Management Non-profit Organization in Education

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design an optimalization of managerial activities of non-for-profit educational organization to ensure efficient flow of its activities and efficient decision-making process in the management of this organization. Theoretical knowledge about this issue is compared with „real life“ state of non-for-profit organization – Kindergarden, Brno, Elišky Krásnohorské 15. The analysis of nowadays state of management is based on internal documents, code of law for education, regulations and publications on organizational management and economy. Finally, recommendations how to improve activities in management of non-profit-organization are conceived.
Kindergarten as public service

The aim of this work is to look into the issue of interpretation of the term public service in preschool education. The main goal is to find out how this service is understood by parents who use this service - whether their interpretation corresponds with the needs of children and to what extent they recognize the social mission of kindergarten. In addition, ttthe ambition here is to show the neccesity of change the traditional perception of education which has become part of market environment. Therefore the works highlights positive benefits of marketing management of school. The work is also focused on effective school communication as a way to reach the basic mission of school. Anotace Bakalářská práce se zabývá, jak napovídá název, inkluzivním vzděláváním žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na základní škole. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se v první kapitole věnuje pojmu inkluzivní vzdělávání. Popisuje vývoj inkluzivního vzdělávání, rozdíly v pojmech integrace a inkluze a také se věnuje legislativním dokumentům. Druhá kapitola popisuje vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Kapitola zprostředkovává pohled na žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a na podpůrná opatření. Následující kapitola se věnuje inkluzivnímu vzdělávání na základní škole. Uvádí podmínky inkluzivního vzdělávání a představuje pojem asistent pedagoga. Praktická část bakalářské práce se věnuje vybrané základní škole ve středočeském kraji. Je zde popsána samotná škola a její pohled na inkluzivní vzdělávání. Dále jsou pak v praktické části popsána a vysvětlena opatření, kterými škola zajišťuje společné vzdělávání. School Board and its participation in School Management

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of setting up school councils in elementary schools. Respondents of empirical research were directors of complete primary schools in the Hradec Králové Region. In particular, the results of the survey can be used to find possibilities for cooperation between the principal and the school council, so that its activities can help to the overall development of the educational process in the given school. As a basis for reflection, it can serve all stakeholders, i.e. school management, pedagogical staff, founders, and last but not least parents. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out to what extent and in what areas the school council influences the management of the principal. The partial aim was to specify the problematic areas of the relationship from the point of view of the principal and to suggest how to mitigate or eliminate their effects. The Specifics of Disabled Child Education in School Center with Inklusive Conditions

The bachelor thesis "The specifics of the education of a child with disabilities in a school club in inclusive conditions" deals with the legislation of common education and support provision. The theoretical part defines the characteristics of school community, school counseling facilities and types of child handicap. This thesis points to the meaningful and helpful common education of children at common schools and their support. Children with disabilities learn how to live and work with other children and "healthy" children improve their ability and competences how to live with these children. The empirical part describes the specifics of special pedagogues´ work with disabilite children in the school clubs. The survey was attended by 6 informants from school clubs of primary schools in České Budějovice and region Prachatice. The research shows specific methods and principles of working with children with disabilities, ways of informing teachers, supporting the education of special pedagogy by the employer and the level of cooperation between parents of handicapped children and school. The research shows that support provision, awareness of children with disabilities and cooperation with parents are important. On the basis of the respondents' answers, it was found that children with the third degree of support prevail in the mentioned schools, educators use different information, different methods and aids. Most respondents consider their education to be sufficient. Some of them cooperate with the teacher's assistant. It is also important for them to work with children´s parents.

Respondents of the empirical research were founders' deputies of complete primary schools in Hradec Kralove Region and chairpeople of their school council.In particular, the results of the survey can be used to find possibilities for cooperation between the principal and the school council, so that its activities can help to the overall development of the educational process in the given school. As a basis for reflection, it can serve all stakeholders, i.e. school management, pedagogical staff, founders, and last but not least parents. The aim of this thesis is to find out which with the law given competencies of school councils the founders concider to be the most important and the most useful during keeping and managing their schools. The partial aim wants to verify if the founders' opinion is the same with chairpeople's opinion in the school council.
